The human figure has intrigued and inspired artists to paint beautiful and provocative images through the centuries. Artists use the figure for training purposes, creating an image of an important individual, for abstract and well as realistic imagery, for social commentary, design and more.
Show runs August 1-August 30th @ 3 Square Art Gallery in Fort Collins, CO
artist reception is Thursday August 1st from 6-9 pm.

“Incomplete Whole” depicts two reflections of the same person – areas empty in the first one, become filled with color in the other, and vice-versa. Very often we feel incomplete –missing something in our life. Will getting it makes us complete? Or will there always be more to strive for, more to desire? Do we have to sacrifice one area of life to fill the other? (…)
